HR Executive

5 days’ work week, Hybrid work arrangement

We are looking for a HR Executive to be part of the HR team responsible for the management and administration of human resources operations, and who thrives in a team environment, is comfortable communicating with various stakeholders within and beyond the team and has an analytical mind.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cultivate a deep understanding of our organisation and culture

  • Lead and manage our recruitment process and architect a smooth and positive on-boarding experience for every new member of our community

  • Implement the organisation compensation & benefits plans and programmes

  • Manage and administer support in the various HR functions such as performance management, learning and development, and regulatory compliance

  • Able to maintain a strong sense of confidentiality of the information handled

  • Able to work collaboratively with the HR team, and internal and external stakeholders to fulfil the role function

  • Represent our team in ad-hoc/organisation-wide projects and any other tasks assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR would be preferred

  • Minimum Diploma (preferably in HR/ Business field)

  • Good knowledge of Singapore Employment law and sector statutory requirements

  • Good Microsoft applications skills

  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
