HR Executive
5 days’ work week, Hybrid work arrangement
We are looking for a HR Executive to be part of the HR team responsible for the management and administration of human resources operations, and who thrives in a team environment, is comfortable communicating with various stakeholders within and beyond the team and has an analytical mind.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Cultivate a deep understanding of our organisation and culture
Lead and manage our recruitment process and architect a smooth and positive on-boarding experience for every new member of our community
Implement the organisation compensation & benefits plans and programmes
Manage and administer support in the various HR functions such as performance management, learning and development, and regulatory compliance
Able to maintain a strong sense of confidentiality of the information handled
Able to work collaboratively with the HR team, and internal and external stakeholders to fulfil the role function
Represent our team in ad-hoc/organisation-wide projects and any other tasks assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR would be preferred
Minimum Diploma (preferably in HR/ Business field)
Good knowledge of Singapore Employment law and sector statutory requirements
Good Microsoft applications skills
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
